E-Commerce Executive for 4* hotel in Faro

Profile and Technical Knowledge:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce or reservations
High attention to detail;
Autonomous, proactive, with initiative and team spirit;
Communication skills (written and oral);
Positive attitude;
Methodical and organized;
Advanced knowledge of Channel Managers and B2C and B2B platforms;
Knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of Property Management System(s);
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
The professional will be responsible for:
1. Ensure that the online distribution and marketing process is complied with, up-to-date and functional
2. provide support to the Reservations, Revenue Management and Sales departments
Job Description:
- Uploading and maintaining tariffs and offers on the extranets of the online channels and their implementation and management by the channel manager;
- Support in contracting new online channels by sending tariffs and offers, assistance in reviewing contracts, sending information, filing, etc.
- Regular meetings with the main online distribution channels and identification of revenue optimization opportunities
- Monitoring the results of the actions carried out with the respective partners;
- Prospecting and attracting new channels;
- Supporting the reservations department when necessary.
