Job Description:

Customer Support

  • Data validation and processing

  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks, including organizing documents, validating data, preparing reports and spreadsheets

  • Testing and analysis of product and service quality

  • Contributing to the maintenance and organization of records relevant to the company

  • Supports and is involved in customer support and accounting initiatives

Profile and Technical Knowledge:

  • Be eligible for internship under the IEFP;

  • Good knowledge of Excel;

  • I enjoy the customer service/support area;

  • I like data processing;

  • Analytical ability with high attention to detail;

  • Autonomous, proactive, with initiative and team spirit;

  • Positive attitude with the ability to maintain focus in high stress situations;

  • Methodical and organized, with good time management and multi-tasking skills.
