Job Description:
Customer Support
Data validation and processing
Assisting with daily administrative tasks, including organizing documents, validating data, preparing reports and spreadsheets
Testing and analysis of product and service quality
Contributing to the maintenance and organization of records relevant to the company
Supports and is involved in customer support and accounting initiatives
Profile and Technical Knowledge:
Be eligible for internship under the IEFP;
Good knowledge of Excel;
I enjoy the customer service/support area;
I like data processing;
Analytical ability with high attention to detail;
Autonomous, proactive, with initiative and team spirit;
Positive attitude with the ability to maintain focus in high stress situations;
Methodical and organized, with good time management and multi-tasking skills.
