Cluster Revenue Manager

 

Job Description:

- Defines and implements revenue maximization strategies, identifying market trends and competitive opportunities;

- Prepares forecasts and other specific reports on a regular basis;

- It monitors and gathers benchmarking data and analyzes market trends;

- Participates in the creation of the pricing strategy;

- Analyzes the performance of each unit and adjusts the strategy accordingly and whenever necessary, providing the necessary alerts to Management;

- Conducts Revenue Management meetings with the Board of Directors and other team members on a regular basis;

- Supports and is involved in marketing initiatives.

- Ensuring that the online distribution and marketing process is complied with, up-to-date and functional;

- Performs tasks of uploading and maintaining tariffs and offers on the extranets of online channels and the respective implementation and management of the channel manager;

- Supports the contracting of new online channels by sending rates and offers, assisting in the review of contracts, sending information, filing, etc...;

- It holds regular meetings with the main online distribution channels and identifies revenue optimization opportunities;

- It monitors the results of the actions carried out with the respective partners;

- Prospecting and attracting new channels;

- Performs support tasks for the Revenue Management System Customer Support Department.

Profile and Technical Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Management (mandatory)

  • Experience in eCommerce (preferable)

  • Knowledge of Channel Manager Siteminder (preferred) and B2C and B2B platforms;

  • Knowledge of RMS XLR8 (preferable)

  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce (preferred)

  • Experience in a cluster/group function (preferable)

  • Good knowledge of Excel;

  • Mastery of written and spoken English;

  • Results-focused attitude;

  • Analytical ability with high attention to detail;

  • Autonomous, proactive, with initiative and team spirit;

  • Good communication skills (written and oral);

  • Positive attitude;

  • Methodical and organised, with good time management.
